Sirish is a Chartered Engineer with more than two decades plus of experience of business development, consulting in CAD and engineering software solutions. He has attained graduation in Mechanical Engineering with post-graduation in Total Quality Management and a Diploma in Business Management.  

A sustainability professional with project consulting experience in areas green and healthy buildings certification, Simulation, Energy Conservation Building Code (ECBC) and MEP designs.   

During the course of his journey as a sustainability professional, Sirish has acquired credentials of IGBC AP, LEED Green Associate, EDGE Expert, Auditor & Faculty, WELL AP, GEM CP, ECBC Expert and ECBC Third Party Assessor.  

His passion for sustainability, lead to inception of ALF Green Consultants.

Mr. Gangadharam is a seasoned finance controller with over 3 decades of experience in corporate finance and accounts, coordination of software development for financial accounting systems, purchase and stores systems, invoicing and membership maintenance systems with expertise in managing institutional and statutory undertakings and has a good understanding of budgeting, documentation management, financial processing, costing and MIS with skill sets in handling accounting functions of P&L, Balance Sheet, Annual Reports and Auditing.
