Green Building Certification

IFC created EDGE to respond to the need for a measurable and credible solution to prove the business case for building green and unlock financial investment. EDGE includes a EDGE App a cloud-based platform to calculate the cost of going green and utility savings. 

Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) by USGBC is a certification program for buildings and communities that meet design, construction, operations and maintenance toward sustainability.

ASSOCHAM has taken a Green initiative to care for the Mother Earth and formed a Council for Green and Eco-friendly Movement (CGEM) that will govern the program “GEM Sustainability Certification Program” with an objective to promote environment friendly green building design and construction.
